Let’s get to work! The best match in our team takes on your document. After the translator does her work, a second member revises it. The reviser corrects typos, improves style and ensures your guidelines and terminology have been followed. For large projects, the same process applies, but with more people involved.

We work collaboratively and communicate daily. The other four members are available when your translator-revisor duo has questions, meaning your project benefits from five heads instead of two!

Here you go. On or before the promised date, your contact person delivers your document, accompanied by an invoice payable to her upon reception. After reading over your document, feel free to call or email us with any questions. One round of follow‐up revisions (minor modifications and quick questions) is included in our quotation. Any further changes will be charged at our hourly rate.

Thanks so much! We offer several payments methods—whatever works for you is fine with us. We’re also happy to provide cumulative monthly invoices for frequent clients.
